Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax

the room was so comfortable, I actually had couch this time and makes it so easy to just sit up, have room service and watch Tv. It's hard to when have to sit on bed. Because I had a Couch I stayed extra day.

Best Location, room, very friendly staffs at the reception, all others staffs for the other services, staffs at the restaurant, and food is good there. Reasonable price for food..

My wife doesn't do heights very well and when I booked the room I asked about being on the ground floor. Other places have always said we will see what we can do when you get here. The Hilton immediately said they would book one of the few rooms they have on the ground floor

The service was amazing in particular one of your staff members made our stay a little better each morning she was bright and courteous and extremely helpful her name was Natalie

Welcome reception was good. Breakfast was great also. It's probably one of the best breakfasts. I have had a hotel in a long time. My only recommendation would be to add Turkey sausage for people who don't eat pork. (Me)
